Code of Conduct

All kaimahi are required to comply with our code of conduct.

Our Code of Conduct provides us with guidelines on how we go about our work and how to do this in-line with our organisational values. It is important that all kaimahi are familiar and comply with this code. It includes clear expectations about behaviour and conduct, and the consequences of not meeting these expectations.

, understanding and closing gender, Māori, Pacific, and ethnic pay gaps is important to us and aligns with our values. We are currently analysing our pay data and developing our pay gap action plan which will reflect our commitment to the Kia Toipoto three-year goals to:

  • make substantial progress toward closing gender, Māori, Pacific, and ethnic pay gaps
  • accelerate progress for wāhine Māori, Pacific women, and women from ethnic communities
  • create fairer workplaces for all, including disabled people and members of rainbow communities.
