We have around 65 kaimahi, spread around the motu in Tāmaki (Auckland), Whanganui-a-tara (Wellington) and (Christchurch).

All kaimahi are required to comply with our Code of conduct.
Our Code of conduct provides us with guidelines on how we go about our work and how to do this in-line with our organisational values. It is important that all kaimahi are familiar and comply with this code. It includes clear expectations about behaviour and conduct, and the consequences of not meeting these expectations.
This DEI plan was published in November 2024. At that time we were an independent departmental agency. While we were not required to publish our own DEI plan, we chose to do so because we were operationally separate from our host agency, and our workforce profile was different.
